Jessica is Lake City Tattoo's resident body-piercer, and daughter of shop owner Kristy.  She became interested in body piercing over six years ago during her senior year of high school when she had her first piercing experience, her tongue.  Since then, she has collected numerous body piercings including four sets of earlobe piercings, the cartilages and conches of each ear, tragus, eyebrow, nipples, and her belly-button.

      "I love piercings," she says, "every time I sit down for a new one, there's still that adrenaline rush just like the first time."  Jessica may still get anxious when it's her turn under the needle, but her piercings at Lake City are always quick and precise.  Her favorite piercings to perform are the nose, tongue, and nipples.  "The nose is very fast to pierce and I do the most of those each day," she adds, "same with the tongue and nipples.  They don't require a lot of effort and are very simple."

     Piercings aside, Jessica's interests are photography, computers, and the medical field.  She is actually an aspiring nursing student.  "I hate getting shots though which is weird," she explains, "the idea of the needle may be the same, but the experience is totally different!"
